Local drivers have seem to have forgotten that the left lane is for passing, most will stay in the left lane since their belief is that it's the fast lane.
This will force other drivers to pass on the right.
exceptions to this have been commute hours,the abundance of traffic and congestion.
Kudos to those who look, think and are courteous to others so they can pass safely.
